The Fermentation Department bridges our lab-scale and industrial operations. They experiment and scale-up novel strains, optimize fermentation, and develop prototypes. Our Production Department has the capacity to meet demand without cutting corners. They develop concepts and packaging for whatever shape your environmentally friendly products take, be it liquid, powder, or solid.

The Quality Department inspects the facilities rigorously with a risk-based analysis for modern food safety and quality.
