Chrystine Daly Appointed Vice President of Operations West Chester, PA, August 5, 2016:

Envera announced today the promotion of Chrystine Daly to the position of Vice President of Operations. Chrystine has 16 years of experience in industrial microbiology with an emphasis on the large scale production of beneficial microorganisms.

Chrystine started her career in 2000 as a Fermentation Technologist for Wisconsin BioProducts, where she was involved with the production of yeast and bacteria from shake flask to 10,000 gallon fermentations. This included downstream processing via centrifugation or ultrafiltration and subsequent drying. In 2002, Chrystine moved to Semco BioScience as an R&D Scientist, where she developed new procedures for the fermentation of Bacillus strains. When Semco was sold in 2003, Ms. Daly accepted a position with one of Semco’s clients to establish their laboratory, research protocols, fermentation, and downstream processing systems. Over the next seven years Chrystine held various positions with this company ranging from Fermentation/Laboratory Manager to Technical Sales/International Business Manager. In 2009, Chrystine became Envera’s Technical Services Manager functioning as the liaison between the laboratory and Envera’s clients, handling regulatory affairs, and developing new product formulations. Chrystine also established Envera’s Quality Program, worked with the front office to implement a new order processing system, and took the added responsibility of fermentation process development, large scale fermentation, and the associated downstream processing of microorganisms.

“Chrystine has positively impacted countless areas of our business and has been instrumental in the implementation of many new processes,” said Mike Matheny, President and Owner of Envera. “Her commitment to the development of microbial based alternatives to replace harsh chemicals has been demonstrated throughout her career. She is a great asset and we are very pleased to have her as a member of our Management Team.”

“I am grateful for the new position presented to me,” said Chrystine. “Envera is a company that shows deep commitment and attention to its clientele. This level of respect is carried through to its employees, community, and all other associates. It has been my honor to grow professionally in tandem with this fast growing company.”
